Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

I like about dhru motors to be continually work and pay amount all employees very thankful all the person they gives some survivors amount this particular situation.all employees to understand to situation not taking lightly, right now the situation more tough as per running conditions so be care full all employees keep distance maintaining to all personal against covid -19 and we wants this particular situation

As per like or dislike not matter but some time the situation are very tough so many factors still right now not improvement so changes time by time like employees motivated which condition ,all time not agreed to all condition but some time lets go short benefits to long lost .

Nothing but the good work atmosphere. And the employees are very supportive and helping.

...his company. And there is no job security. There is no transportation facility. Not growth in salary.
