...oot transmission for entry level candidate. But not for long term prospective. We have many problems related to basic facility like bus, canteen , on time salary.

We face lots of problem like canteen,bus, language of admin and HR person not professional.

There is challenging environment, supporting Coligue, company policies are quite good, stage giving atmosphere, full of learning, salary hike is average.

Dislikes

Job security is less, policies are not much satisfactory, posting up is quite slow, not sure about salary but is quite good and But starting payment is not satisfactory for fresher engineers.

I am happy that I work in this company because all the people are good or work with discipline, there is no problem in anything....that's why I like this company very much..

Salary problem... Company pay right amount..but contract cut money and they pay

Good People, supportive staff, good training system. Our plant is very big and nice plant layout. Bus and canteen facilities are good. Work life balnce is good. Company conduct games and nice events on festivals.

Work load is more. Less salary with huge amount of work load. Underpaid salaries. Not good increaments.

Most of the companies in Aurangabad are not having bus facility atleast Dhoot transmission is having that, work culture is good but it needs to be improved as it is an big organization, job security is less, management needs to be improved.

Everyone is self oriented, if someone is having salary greater than the teammates he/she is not adjusted in the group, as compared to work salary is decent.
