The only work culture I liked was taking classes. This college has nothing else to offer.

...re's politics and harrassment in every aspect, be it for a student or faculties. Salary isn't paid on time and nobody responds to the issues. No compensation or incentives, if anything they actually cut your salary for petty reasons. College meetings after college take up around 4 hours that stretch the timing to around 9pm.

There's nothing good about the college. The only role I found satisfying was taking classes

...leges till date. No incentives, no security, no medical assistance when in need. Salary isn't paid on time, if anything they cut your salary for no apparent reason. The workload is too harsh, you can work 24x7 and they still won't be satisfied with it. There r meetings after hours that can stretch the normal college timing to 9pm. As faculties, we've been constantly insulted over small issues by the chairman and HODs infront of parents for absolutely no reason. Being a guidance counselor can be treated as crime as you're answerable for the students as if you committed a crime. There's too much politics, no work ethics. Constant whatsapp messages, which if u don't reply to, action is taken. Everything you do is ignored unless u post a picture of your work on whatsapp or send it onto the relevant groups as proof. No time for personal growth, and if we don't find the time to grow, they threaten us that we'll be fired. You can't fight if you're wronged here as there's no unity but blame games are played by the colleagues. The labs aren't updated, feels like you're stepping into a worn out ghost house when u enter one of those. No staff room. Not enough washrooms either. If you're a female, be ready to be touched and stared at by the higher authorities

I lost my job during COVID-19, there is no job security, Management recruits staff at lowest salary, even they ask to pay for transport fee, college uniform fee, there is nothing free from college site
