My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. They show much importance for employees safety and security.... Especially in covid situation like provided safety gadgets and daily awareness meet and provided full salary for covid patients....

They showing partiality between contract employees and on roll staffs.... And main thing five to six years experienced contract employees till doesn't give any upgrade in their position or roll

Most of wrost condition in dhl supply chain is they are not promoted old employees, never give salary growth. And once they are hire on contract but not promoted on-roll and give excuses right now no vacancy in on roll and after 3 month he is hire new person direct company pay roll. What about us they working in 5 years.

They hired you on contract to serve on roll bosses, No pramotion No job security, Minimal increment, Credit of your work officially stolen by Boss. Daily stretching of work hours without any payment.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not that great. Favouritism in Indian offices can be pretty much evident! A guy with 5 years experience earns less than a guy with 3.5 years of experience because management decides who gets what and it's not gradual for everyone. And that in my opinion is bad!

Dislikes

No bonus, poor increments. Least bothered about employees as they are hired on contractual basics DHL’s(FTC-Full time contract) or worst you are on third party. This happens only with low grade employees.
