They hired you on contract to serve on roll bosses, No pramotion No job security, Minimal increment, Credit of your work officially stolen by Boss. Daily stretching of work hours without any payment.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management istransparenr.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

I like work as a Supervisor because the company gives good opportunity to work and provide good support us to management team like good variable post to work

Too much of politics...team leader manager are not support. They offer very less salary for freshers. No proper appraisal hike given to employees. Too much of work pressure. Management HR staff must look into the inter politics happening within the teams. Don't stay here for a long time no growth I have been part of this organisation for long 4years. They didn't gave expected market salary rate.

Work life balance, friendly co-workers, on time salary, reimbursements and yearly bonus.

Dislikes

Salary package is low as compared to the industry. Management need to work on employee benifits offerings and other extra incentives on monthly basis.
