I like work as a Supervisor because the company gives good opportunity to work and provide good support us to management team like good variable post to work

1. Too much micromanagement 2. No work life balance, expected to work 24*7 and available day and night. 3. Workload is terrible , expected to work for 3 guys. Small team size so unrealistic time lines. 4. Manager is god, HRs cant do anything. 5. Factory setup like work enviroment no ethics and culture. Blue collar job like experience. 6. Stay away from Global COE RPA team, managment is toxic as hell. You are not expected to go on sick leave without proper justifications and expected to work even if you suffer from covid.

I am very happy to work because employee safety and security is first then work and providing lot of training's for employee growth same as superior managers treated employees like a family members.coming to job security It's like a govt Job no doubt about on this.

Not pay much salary..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the team. High quality products. Also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day there is no on job
