No HR policy. No any leave , no PF. Working hours not fixed. 2. HO employee+ HR all thinking we are the owner of company. Not supporting to project site team. 3. Even reporting manager also not supporting. 4. No any system for payment of labour and supplier. -Not paying (All are running behind the them) 5. Cheating in attandance of staff and labour 6. After resignation- no one listening for experience letter and relieving letter.. i resigned before two month ago.yet the experience/relieving letter not received.

Skill management how can handle of work pressure, how can you growth of your name.

The one who is junior does not respect the senior , this is big problem of DHIPL company....this is need to be management develop of this issue.

IN DHIPL PROJECTS work culture , management , Company policies are fine , I was much satisfied by his management behaviour,

I am not inside the company right now because after the work completion came at my native place after leave application but due to some changes in time duration company is not calling. Aspects all company is fine.

Non local staff gets accommodation.

1) No Good salaries, 2) No Professionalism, 3) No Growth , 4) No HR policies, 5) No PF, 6) No paid leave, 7) 10 hours working per day , 8) No paid OT, 9) No travel allowance, 10) No training, 11) No cafeteria, 12) No facilities, 13) No Tour's, 14) Company collects money from employees for Covid-19 vaccination, 15) Zero standards, 16) No offer letter, 17) No I'd card, 18) No payslips, 19 No experience/ relieving letter, 20) Cheap politics, 21) No respect for Female staff, 22) +2 guys works as an Engineer, 23) No Technical stuff, 24) Vice President, Project Manager, Assistant Manager, Construction Manager, HSE Manager, Quality Manager- gets all benefits. Remaining staff gets treated as daily waived workers by management.

No satisfactory level salaries to the Level of Hard work. Politics at every step. No cafeteria, No feasibility to sit in office, no personal life, No extra curricular activities, no tours n trips, No overtime pay, No standard Employees.
