Politics, the deserve person will get less pay and who is favour to the manager gets the more pay( They can relax and don't do the work also no problem. Only problem arises when manager is dissatisfied. Not in all the branches in some. )

Nothing It’s the worst company ever to work in …..CEO Mr.Ajay Bansal is least bothered what is happening in company and Geetanjali Uppal so called Business Head does partiality all the time . She thinks that she can disrespect anyone and employee can’t say anything and if you say anything for your defence then she will manipulate and expel you out from company . She has his own favourites only those ppl can grow there .

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
