Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Compensation is desent, but growth is slow. Had to work for 14-18 hours in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and late nights too. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths. No on job training for freshers.

The most important thing which I like to be associated with Dheya is because of the support system. One needs to be very clever to understand the outcome before making an income. they are just cheaters and take 15k as refundable security deposits then they never refund it back , now 2024 and try to contact them many times but no reply back from their side and money is not returned till date.
