To be honest i liked Salary and Appraisal till an extent..

Dislikes

They do not beleive in accepting initiative or innovation, simply keep ur brain at home n come to office... i have personally instructed by my senior that ‘stop giving suggestions n start following orders’...this is the culture, its as good as ‘dictatorship’...ome will get stuck with whatever he or she might have learned from previous experience or might forget as well...company has potential if thought process is changed right frm top management...

Likes

The company had a great land bank in great locations or Mumbai. The support to complete the scheduled works from all departments was phenomenal. Work timings allowed flexibility for balancing family and other life ambitions. Lunch was provided in office at a nominal cost too. Many events like Navratri, singing competition, cricket and much more was organised for the staff.

Dislikes

Like majority of other real estate developers, the work was hampered time and again due to external and financial troubles. Eventually, the salaries also did not get paid for a long period, to staff before the company closed its shutters.
