No canteen,never give you bonus that deducted from your salary...when you left the organization you became enemy...director is narrow minded who believe to digest the bonus of employees..he never given bonus to any employee..

The Compliance Head is intelligent and very helpful.

Dislikes

There are no proper water drinking facilities, no RO, and employees have to carry three bottles of water from home. The canteen is also inadequate. The QA Manager and QC Head are very unprofessional and have very poor knowledge, comparable to someone with only 3-4 years of experience. They have no understanding of ALCOA and cannot differentiate between an incident and a deviation."
