Company culture is quite ok. All the employees are polite in nature and soft spoken. I get to travel to different parts of the country which is a good thing.

... all. They say one thing and do another. Employee's potential is exploited here. You won't even get a good salary, let alone perks and benefits. By good salary I mean that you won't be getting the salary which you and the company had agreed upon. There is no management. If you have any queries, you keep on writing mails again and again but you won't get any reply from them. Overall, I have a very bad experience in Dhanush Infotech and I would say don't go to this company. I will never recommend Dhanush Infotech Pvt LTD to anyone. And I genuinely mean that.

SHIFT TIMINGS,SALARY TIMING ON 1ST DAY IN MONTH,IF YOU DESIRE FOR WFH ,YOU CAN CARRY YOUR LAPTOP WITH YOURSELF AND DO IT EASILY FROM YOUR HOME.SENIORS AND BOSS ARE VERY GOOD.WOMEN SECURITY IS GOOD.CHAI COFFE TIME PE ATI HAI.

they will only treat you untill they have some work from you . and most important you must have sold back support . it is not for Head Office but in some location

...ot paid the salaries even after six months of removal of employees from service. Understand that they have to pay the final settlement dues to more than 200 ex employees.
