Its an excellent place for learning. The organization will give you ground level experience and as i felt the best thing is it makes their employee harsh who can face any critical situation.

This company, in my opinion, has significant flaws. It operates in collaboration with KCCL, and the Managing Director stands out as the most commendable individual. The project head, whom I greatly admire, is one of my favorites. However, it seems that in this family oriented company, expressing agreement with everything is crucial for securing a substantial hike or appraisal. Deviating from this norm may result in limited opportunities....

They sell there name to cheep contractors for little benifits.. There is no job security. The local contractors involve there choice of people with no technical skills.

Dislikes

I don't know about other sites, but in haryana , dhansar sell off his name to the location contractors for work and enjoy the profile percentage. There was a team of small local contractors who work with no professional. There is no system of work and job stability.

Their quarentine system...the quarentine room in kaliapani site odisha is quite unhygienic, so worst room provided by company for staying.
