The work load in bank is very high and the compensation is less when compared to the work done in other sectors. The growth opportunities is very less also.

...od for ladies, not for men's or youngsters who dream about their career growth. No growth found in this organization, have seen many times salary cut as they wanted to show profit for the bank.. A other additional benefits slowly withdrawn, no increment... Over all not for young generation, old ppl can work without any work pressure.

If u r going to work with Dhanlaxmi Bank, then ready to move anywhere as they have a transfer policy every three years within a region and after 7 years out of the region, means out of the state.

I worked for a short duration but it was a very good learning experience for a beginner in banking. job rotation across various verticals/branches helped in gaining the knowledge as in old school of banking system
