... are involved in the entire sales cycle (lead generation to post sale services). The salary is good but there are chances of earning great incentives.Thus its completely a target driven company. Also there is immense growth opportunity, as you can rise up the hierarchy in 3 years, by constantly performing well.

Dislikes

There is no specific offs in the week. Sometimes I had to work for 2 months without a single off, not even on weekends. Also the work timings were stretched to 12-14 hours on some days. In spite of over achieving my targets, I did not get an appraisal. At times, products are faulty so there are good incentives to sell them. For the extraordinary incentives, colleagues tend to steal leads and ruin the client relation with employees. The competition is not fair and the work environment is brutal. There is no Job Satisfaction and Work Life Balance

...policies -- well haah.... There is none. They would do whatever they want to. Covid 19 support - well they first deducted mercilessly 50-60% salary of those who were getting hardly 40k in a month and those who is getting lacs, well surprisingly no deduction for them. They will fire you without any reason and don't even will bother to settle your FNF. Terrible terrible terrible. You would want to be jobless rather work there.

Timing is good, work load is average. Team management is good as team has to figure out together what to say to customers. Trainers are blank in their explainations of employees queries and even in PPTs. It welcomes candidates with good communication skills and adaptive, learning.

Dislikes

...s technical glitch or the customer must have done and they say us to avoid them. Salary what you get cash in hand is different what you've been discussed.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
