... are involved in the entire sales cycle (lead generation to post sale services). The salary is good but there are chances of earning great incentives.Thus its completely a target driven company. Also there is immense growth opportunity, as you can rise up the hierarchy in 3 years, by constantly performing well.

There is no specific offs in the week. Sometimes I had to work for 2 months without a single off, not even on weekends. Also the work timings were stretched to 12-14 hours on some days. In spite of over achieving my targets, I did not get an appraisal. At times, products are faulty so there are good incentives to sell them. For the extraordinary incentives, colleagues tend to steal leads and ruin the client relation with employees. The competition is not fair and the work environment is brutal. There is no Job Satisfaction and Work Life Balance

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive, Company policies are good, Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Dislikes

There is no job Security they will throw anyone out at any point of time , worst experience. Management is not good at all, they can ask to leave anytime without any notice.

Worst company ever , joint company 1 month ago, no training, reporting manager change 4 time and today they told me to put resignation with all my colleague from Maharashtra, no clearification no worning whole team is desolved in one day, now where we go and how we got new job in single day

Everything, no salary regular, no insurance,no pf , and in one month they decided to close whole department

They fired me when I was forced to resign. In June, after two pay-cuts for March anf April of almost 50% and paid 21 crores to Pradhan Mantri Relief Fund. Don't even think about working with this incompetent businessman, Sameer Gehlaut.

This is a third class company, my suggestion is to everyone never think about this company whenever you think about your career.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
