...vid 19. Never though company do this in this situation with his her employee... I humbled requested to Mr sameer gahlot pay only less than half salary but... Lastly never recommend to any one to join any company which left their employees hand in bad or critical situation.. Overall experience... Very bad (according to behaviour of indiabulls reputation.)

Company owner and their head are very selfish. Only support ourself.

There's nothing to like in this company. You don't get enough package hike, No a good and cooperative team and Seniors, Higher management doesn't cooperate on any kind of queries, help or oscillation. JOB SECURITY is ZERO. They force you to resign at anytime. They don't even pay your salary after resignation. Their all policies are for only their company. For employee they don't provide any rights. REQUESTING TO EMPLOYEES AND CANDIDATES, PLZ DON'T GO TO THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFY IN YOUR COMPANY. ITS THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER SEEN. I'M STILL JOBLESS BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY. IT SHOW KY CAREER GAP AND AFFECTING ON MY PACKAGE TOO.

The only good thing about this company is salary is in time. Nothing else.

... made to do something different which not related to the actual job description. Salary was less as per the industry standard and made us to work sometimes even on holidays. Appraisal is given once in 3 years.

I have worked 5 years in Dhani But I my salary was not increased. I done my work what company except from me, i have received Star performance also , after covid no incentive amount also not received, now I'm 30years old but my salary is less because of dhani only
