It was a learning experience being my first job. As a fresher this job is good but you cannot a career out of it. Work life balance is 0. Managers make you slog like donkeys and take the credit of your work. The company does not provide proper week offs. They make us work for a stretch of 15 days post that you get 1 off. I ended up working for 12-13 hours which was not compensated for either. Even after working for 3 years, they did not give anyone of us appraisals. When we asked for offs on Sundays , Managers told us that it was not promised in the offer later and they themselves took off on Sundays. There is a lot of favouritism and corporate politics. If we raised our voice Managers told us that they would see us during the time of appraisals which again never happened. They praised us only verbally with no monetary benefits. They give all false promises and make you feel top of the world like you are the best employee in the organisation just to get their work done. If you want to work for salary then work here but the environment would not make you breathe....Read More

I give only one star to this company because there is no option to mark less than 1 star. I loss my job in this covid 19. Never though company do this in this situation with his her employee... I humbled requested to Mr sameer gahlot pay only less than half salary but... Lastly never recommend to any one to join any company which left their employees hand in bad or critical situation.. There's nothing to like in this company. You don't get enough package hike, No a good and cooperative team and Seniors, Higher management doesn't cooperate on any kind of queries, help or oscillation. JOB SECURITY is ZERO. They force you to resign at anytime. They don't even pay your salary after resignation. Their all policies are for only their company. For employee they don't provide any rights.
