.... The company was supposed to pay for extending the Visit Visa after its expiry. However, they planned to deduce the fees involved in Visa extension from our salary. 4. The company told us that we will have to work from office, but from the 2nd day onwards, they pushed us to visit unknown places and meet unknow people to fulfil their sales target. 5. Most importantly, they did not even provide any reimbursements of travelling expenses for business purposes. We had to pay even for the coffee for our client. 5. Dhanguard Consultancy Services warned us for holding our salary on account of not meeting the sales target which was not at all mentioned in their Offer Letter. 6. According to the rules in Dubai, companies are liable to pay for applying Emirates ID and Visas. On the contrary, they deduced the amount from our salary for this purpose. 7. They pressured me to meet sales targets and undermined my confidence by suggesting I wasn’t competent enough for the role, even telling me to go back home — despite the fact that I generated AED 8,000 in sales for them in the first month. 8. They even altered their standard policy, implying that employees would be responsible for paying INR 5,000 for each client lead, regardless of whether the client makes a purchase or not. 9. For around 1 month, I was a part of office politics, unsupportive staff, work pressure, criticism, toxic environment and a bad work-life balance. 10. I am extremely disappointed from the placement department of Graphic Era for enlisting and allowing such a company to recruit its students, without any prior background verification and assessing the company's authenticity.

It's a fraud company, running a job scam in Dubai. Totally a money laundering operation showcasing a front as a consultancy. Looting people to set up their businesses and business bank accounts in Dubai, which they can do by themselves. The company hires people, makes them sign a contract, and then compels them to leave, and then extorts money from them for documents and lodging fake complaints to make them pay them. So far 45 people in 6 months.

nothing they are complete fraud hires candidates eats up there money they are fruad if someone wants to open up a bank account or business setup they can do it by themselves. trust me they have looted me. don’t contact them they are a complete fraud company . If one wants to set up his/her company in dubai he can do it by himself but don’t contact them orelse you’ll surely suffer. with your time as well as your money
