This company is so boaring and not a rules and regulations for worker and staff . So I suggest all experience person not joining in this company,

Dispute company not proper rules and regulations, only just all worker preserise not proper working for staff not team work

Faith of management with seniors, authority and responsibility given to seniors, review system and keep developing the staff.

Direct Involvement of management with non technical employee, given value added activity to these non technical employee.

Very low financial growth for employees. Company policies are very bad. I'm working from last 2 and 1/2 year but not received any joining letter and confirmation letter. Company will not give you any hike upto you resign from your post. Very bad experience at financial activities.
