salary will credited always 17-20th in month.. no chance of any increment. and can't use any phone in lunch time too and boss is very egoistic and worst. His behavior is very bad like employees are labour and he paying very much for working 10+ hours and want to get machinery working from employees. very woest feeling ever.

Work life is critical here you have to work 350+ days out of 365 days, Work life balance is very low here it's very difficult to give time to your family . No job security . Poor HR policy.. Pls think twice before join this company

0% work life balance, worst work culture, worst company, very very bad behaviour by Heads of the company, salary scale is so poor, there is no benefits in this company except ESI, no paid leave even they create many excuses to approved unpaid leave... don't come to this company

Being a freshers you can learn so many things. My manager was very good with me. I shared very good relation with all the MD. I shared good memories with all.

If you are working then there must be some negative as well but if you are earning and learning then just ignore and grow.

One can explore new thoughts and if you have talent to grow the business with new buyers, there will be full support from management in terms of additional incentives apart from salary. Owner recognises everyones talent and meet their desire. Perform and get your reward.

Work timing can be reduced by an hour for balancing work and personal life. 9am to 7pm can be converted to 10am to 7pm
