Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I Sameer work for 2 years, as a Sales Executive 2022 to 2024, I didn't receive my last 3 months salary, last deals commission, 2 years graduaty and 100 rs they deduct monthly from salary this all I didn't get and Mr Huzaifa and Mr Abdemanaaf do the same with many other staff every 2 to 3 months I am working on it to expose them internationally very soon

Alway disrespect and abusive words and impolite abusive language no matter male or female for Mr Huzaifa and Mr Abdemanaaf both do it without any fear If you say anything they will not return your passport as everyone is submitting passport to HR Mr Mustansir (Mr Mustansir, he is also same don't underestimate as he is senior very old age but he doesn't have fear of Allah) every staff always received 2 months delay sakar but hr Mr Mustansir will not answer on this
