Almost everything - the culture, management, work, infrastructure, team, and the list goes on. They do false promises before hiring people and only when you start working for them then you get to know the real story. Very unprofessional environment with too much partiality, sycophancy, and patriarchy, a place where you'll definitely spoil your career if you're well-experienced, ambitious and concentrate on your work instead of wasting time with your colleagues. If you're looking for mediocre work and don't have much skills then this is the right place for you.
