Ridiculous place to work at. extreme unprofessionalism, harassment, unpaid dues, no direction in the sense of where the company is headed, a very uninformed with no sense of business is what the founder is.

Dislikes

Work culture, no sense of direction, everyone ends up doing everything, no privacy, no compensation assurance.

There is nothing to like about DforDelhi. The People are horrendous and the management is just obnoxious.

Dislikes

Zero work satisfaction. Total misrepresentation of roles and responsibilities. One is hired for a specific profile but is made to work on several others without any appropriate pay. Appropriate pay = Peanuts. The Management doesn't care about its employees and the people working are good for nothing. The Team lacks confidence and mental strength and are just a bunch of imbeciles looking to come out of the egg. Would highly recommend not to work for this company as it does not have any future as it is dealt by a wantrepreneur and not an entrepreneur.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
