Dislikes

1) Indian management takes French management on a jolly good ride. 2) Too many asker's than doers... 3) Indian General Managers are Oscar Award worthy. 4) Indian management only preach "gyann"... doesn't do one rupee job & has brainwashed some managers into their secretaries who prepare their once in a while presentations. 5) Since General Managers have no real work, they dine, wine & whisky at company cost..... while Bangkok is blind 6) There is zero appreciation for your work while trivial mistakes are picked, bashed & humiliated. 7) There is zero support from General Managers.

Amul butter Factory, those apply better are being well taken for apparitions and promotions In India as well as from Bangkok

1. New India GM at plant is Best film actor with reel dialogue and zero knowledge of work 2. Leader are wearing black goggles which is resulting no result. They are getting film what has been produced by reel master with Amul butter

work life balance very poor , Plant management expecting employee want to present 24x7 in plant. Fully engaged in additional work at the end ur regular will be stuck. Dextra having good work culture in other affiliates but not in Dextra India.

Very good support from Management on Learnings and guidance, cooperative culture.

Dislikes

Flow of information across departments and top management to down the line can be improved further, currently at good level. As with any organization, there is always scope for improvement.
