Hi, I'am working since August 2020 in dexters Logistics Pvt Ltd as a operations supervisor for Amazon Process.In this company i learned and experienced many tasks, responsibility, management of logistics and supply chain.

Dislikes

1-Salary low 2-No fix Date for salary 3-Deduction of amount from salary 4-low amount of PF And ESI Duduction 5-Slow increament.

They guve u free hand to work ,no job security at all and the policies are made but not followed

No work culture and appreciations ,people who have talent of butturing can survive or should have habit of getting insulted and abused

Nice companyGood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
