If you are looking to work here, I will say you are making a good decision. You have much to learn here. Everything is good. The only I feel that should be there is WFH. Unfortunately, company doesn't allow its employees to work from home or any Hybrid Working system. So, this could be a downside foe some. I would say, it doesn't matter me a lot, as I am enjoying office environment. And, I don't feel like having it either.

For some, an absence of 'work fron home policy' could be a concern.

Seeing good growth in me after I started working here. If you believe in hard work and are serious about your career, you should think of working here. I am now seeing good improvisations in my domain knowledge & skills. Working here is slowly turning me in to a professional. Happy that I worked in this company.
