No interference in your work, you got to do a lot of work which will eventually help you mastering different set of skills.

Dislikes

Extra long working hours 10 am -8 pm, Late comings will deduct way too more time as compared to over time payment. It's a challenge to get day to day tasks done from some of the factory personnel's - it's a real and huge issue.

The Company is open to innovation and readily latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base.I was currently working with Dewan & Sons Exports at a Quality Assuarance Post.This position involved various operations and work.Such as-Production/Manufacturing/ Inspection/ Raw materials Evaluation and Quality Management System/ Product and Production Quality Evaluation/Metal Test By Spectrometer/ Salt Test By SSTM Machine and Documentation etc.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
