Company only focus on hiring people on low salaries. Do not think or execute much on retaining people and employee satisfaction. HR is being driven by one of partner who does not understand the department much and not having skill set to drive HR team.

Salary on time. Time flexibility.

Dislikes

There are some clients for which Dew employees work, in which Tata Digital is one. The development culture at Tata Digital is not managed even though they are developing a product called the Neu Super app. In TDL there are employees like Vishal Kumar who don't know how to talk professionally. Layoffs without proper benefits. They are charging 500/day if you can't submit after layoff mail.

Everything works well when you are working on a project, if that is over or somehow client doesn’t want you then things will be bad

... chance that you will be asked to leave, because they do not have many clients No additional perks for saving tax on salary, just sodexo If you’re hired for work from home then ask them to mentioned the same over email, else they will ask you to come office

1. Job security. 2. Work Culture is very good no politics. 3. Management team are very supportive if in case you need any help professionally or personally. 4. Team member are very cooperative and supportive, I really miss the team. 5. Projects are good to learn and implement new technologies.

Dislikes

1. The Salary structure is not good, the HRA, basic, PF and other distributions are not well defined. 2. The company doesn't have employee friendly policies or benefits in terms of finance. 3. There are many ways for tax saving but team doesn't provide the facility.

No job security, if project goes than your job gone. Policies are worse ,example if you are in notice period your early release not entertained but HR can short your notice period, no matter how many time you argue to serve full notice period. Existing process is even worse. Join if you don't have any offer but before that read all the policy because no help you in this organization.
