...nced team also getting same along with shift manager what is difference.. than.. the manager only doing extra hours for that they are giving extra salary or for skills even one year experienced manager getting only same salary I think lot of team members discontinued from this because of low salary and no benefits at last managers only handling the store even mangers too discontinue if the same continued company culture was very poor they are only looking for sale and customer benefits not for people who are working in company .. dislikes

...can't expect respect from ur superiors as they tend to demotivate employees.
3.Dont ever expect salary hikes or promotions. Even if u protest for increment or promotion they will just say that Ur store isn't achieving sale targets and never expect superior will talk to u professionally, they act like road side chapri Or goondas.
