...adly and would just want to extract work from you 2. They do not give any leave. If you take any leave they will deduct the salary. If you take leave on Friday or monday, they will deduct 3 days salary (including saturday and sunday). 3. Every organization gives atleast 2 leaves in a month, but they will not give any leave. Even diwali they want you to work. 4. The HR is also worst here. She does not know anything or will not support you against Devesh (Owner of company) 5. You will be required to work in night shift without any allowance ( 6 PM to 3:30 AM) 6. Devesh will brings his 1 year old kid to the office, so consider 2 hours of playing with him mandatorily to impress them. 7. You can be terminated from this company immediately if you do not do as they say, so there is no job security. 8. Increments will be low so do not expect much. Promotions are imaginary. 9. No snacks are provided nor they have any cafeteria. They will only provide 30 min of dinner break. If you come at 31st minute, they will not entertain. 10. They do not provide monthly payslips. For payslips or any other documents like relieving letter, you will have to give reason and ask them multiple times. 11. All in all this is the worst company to work for, so save yourself and join other company
