I have worked in few companies, trust me this is the worst company to be associated with ever. I like the founders are delusional about employees and their happiness All the good comments here are given by them only to balance their faults. No one can ever get be happy or growth in this sh*tty organization

They promise you stars and deliver shooting stars, going low day by day Low Salary Long and Late hours Unpaid Overtime Continuous Self Doubt Constant Questioning on managerial skills Zero Work Life Balance COO Calls in midnight for updates COO shows dreams and sells big dreams, and delivers zero Jack of None and Master of None

They have been providing me with the right opportunity and space to grow as an individual. The work culture is amazing. One can walk upto founders and share their ideas which in most cases gets approved.

Nothing to like. Can't even find a reason to mention that seems likable. They are so bad. Better to work in mines than work for this organization.

So many. Don't get me started LOL No work-life balance - They will call you and message you ruthlessly, disregarding your life and work. No job security - That's a joke for them No skill development - That's an additional joke No work satisfaction - Ohh please. Better to stay jobless than work here. No company culture. The only culture they have is talking rudely, degrading people, sabotaging them, and making rude comments by calling it professionalism. Downgrading your self-esteem, and confidence, and telling you you're pathetic and have no knowledge and skills. Never work here until and unless you want to experience hell.
