No work culture, not professional Salary not on time No conveyance policy No leave policy, leave will be granted post 1 year HR is not supportive and she play emotional card and rude behaviour. Hire and fire company Not ready to share documents related to project Post meeting with CP management never reply to the call Post 1 month of joining they ask for performance and if you don't have next month they directly write a termination mail with informing. Note :- Never recommend to anyone, join if you don't have job in hand for 1 or 2 months.

1. Salary never pay on time, it may be 15, 17th or 20th. You will have to depend on promoters mercy. 2. You can be fired anytime without any discussion or meeting and promoter will not meet you afterwards 3. Too much ego problem exists in promoter. 4. You will not be allowed to take any leave except one weekoff 5. No leave, attendance, travel policy in place, they can change any policy without keep you updated as per their own wish and you will have to follow it. 6. They will hire you showing carrots and use your network to sell their stuck projects and if you ask them to pay your incentives and dues, you will be fired very next day. I have all the proofs. 7. Pls be aware before accepting any offer from this company. I am still chasing them for my fnf, but they are not responding and ignoring my mails and msgs

The team and leadership is responsive and collaborative , ensuring that every design meets high standards of quality and creativity.

Dislikes

No dislikes from my side. But there is always a door to grow more and more. We are extremely satisfied with the work culture. It's been a pleasure working with such a dedicated and talented team.
