Job Security in this company is like bubble on water. They did not inform you first they directly call and says due to performance you have been fired. Working culture is very bad.

Limited Growth Opportunities and Unfair Practices I joined the company with high hopes for professional development, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The company seems to prioritize hiring only family members and relatives, creating a stagnant work environment with minimal career growth opportunities for others. The management's reliance on nepotism is evident, as decisions are often skewed in favor of family members, leaving non-relatives feeling undervalued and overlooked. The company's structure appears to be more about catering to familial connections than fostering a fair and merit-based work environment. One major concern is the lack of consideration for employee concerns and problem-solving. The HR manager and assistant HR have backgrounds that don't reflect a strong foundation in professional and educational excellence. This seems to impact their ability to address employee issues effectively, hindering a supportive workplace culture. Overall, the company's exclusive focus on relatives and its failure to prioritize professional competence over personal connections have resulted in a work environment that lacks diversity, growth opportunities, and fair treatment for all employees.

We undergone training for 3 months in DevCare they recruited us issued offer letter and said our training will be for 1 month and we will be having 2 manager call then they will select us and also said one or two people will be rejected because of communication issues since I'm a fresher this was literally a new experience they hired us knowing that we are fresher and then we had a manager call the company only selected the experienced ones ignoring all the freshers and ignoring our communication skills and talent of speaking. If they want only experienced why should they hire us Myself and my college mates lost the job and wasted 3 months ignoring all the good opportunities. Honestly don't join in this company your talents will be buried.
