Company checks all signs of toxic environment. Worst communication, no work ethics, no work culture, management encourages gossips, no work security, blame game, no work plan, no work timings.

Nothing absolutely Nothing, I was serving my Notice period when 3 of my colleagues left the organization. One left within a month of joining.

Dislikes

There is everything to dislike about the organization, the Director and Managing Director think they are the smartest people on the planet and yet they don't understand the simplest of things.
