I worked in Dev It Serv. For 1yrs 5 months Manager name aparna, in HR mr. Kishor and his team their target is how they can deduct amount from the salary. If you really don’t want to regret or disappoint.. I’ll recommend don't join Dev it. Very worst experience. 0% support in any kind or issue like Salary increments etc. providing 600 to 1000 rupees as an increment. Even after i was on my notice period they alwayz treating like labour. Their talking Tone we worst. Highly recommend you don't join.

I wish there was a negative rating on company culture. Poorly managed organisation with no clear sight and values of their employees. Majorly managed by the likes of HR head smitha dey who if is insecure or not confident about herself standing next to you, will certainly start spreading rumours and negativity even if you are 1 day old at the company. Such bright future for growth in an organisation where hr head is herself I valued and insecure that she has to fight battles and plot lies. More to like about this organisation is the promotion of gossip from the hr with the cxos. This is the kind of thought leadership one can get. Negative pollution disrespected environment and just harassment to the level of body shaming by leadership

If you think that the likes were not enough, you are still welcomed to this section. Hr department takes pride in taking reviews without direct management notice plays along with the words takes it to her ego of you ask her to document the same. Also the documented version will be full of lies stating a one month old employee is not networking or performing without giving any insight on existing processes which she likes to keep up her but. Nevertheless if you got trapped and want an exit out be prepared to say goodbye to your hard earned full n final settlement or any documentation because why should they care?

Dev IT Serv is an amazing organization to be a part of. It provides you with a lot of learning & growth opportunities. The senior leadership team is extremely approachable and values your opinions, ideas and concerns. The organisation is very employee centric and cares about the employees well being in true sense.

This organization leaves much to be desired. There is a pervasive lack of accountability among its members, leading to a culture where responsibility is often evaded. The atmosphere feels stagnant and uninspired, characteristic of a typical unproductive workplace where motivation is low, and progress is hard to come by.

I have attempted to reach out to the HR team approximately 15 to 20 times regarding my full and final settlement, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. My emails have gone unanswered as well. It feels incredibly frustrating to be in this situation. The best decision I took was to leave this organization on time.
