Everything, I was posted at the RJ office in Jaipur, where I work 10-12 hours daily. There is constant pressure from senior management to meet work demands. Despite successfully completing tasks, the credit is often taken by seniors when presenting to higher management or clients, resulting in their appraisals and recognition. Additionally, my skills and talents are not valued for personal growth but rather utilized for the benefit of others. The environment favors those who constantly report to higher management, often at the expense of their personal lives.

as a employee i don't find any aspects of the company to be satisfactory.

Poor Communication with Admin, lack of growth opportunities , there is no Compensation and benefit available the appraisal policy is also apply on Month of JULY End with BOND also.

If you work here then it's become your comfort zone, and you can't switch another job because you couldn't clear interview. No flexibility. HR not transparent when you joining.you realise when you put the paper.

Good work environment and Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good apppraisals are fair.

Dislikes

Salary is not decent and career groth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees and no recived any bonus.
