...ess. There is a huge discrimination between perm employees and CWR employees. There are huge benifits for Perm employees Internet expanses reimbursement, shift allowance ,and salary is also more for Perm employees but for CWR employees which we will do the same work but salary is very less compared to Perm employees and there is no shift allowances

only thing they think they do good is serving free beer. It looks like they can buy ppl buy keeping beer in all the functions but it is completely opposite

ppl at the top are clueless. Total airtel team has come and the MD is crazy since he has not control over his anger. Also, they are a pure body shop company and portrays themselves as product org . The HR is clueless and only follows whatever MD says. they dont even have guts to say what is right and wrong.

No job security, the company keep on hiring and doing silent lay off, the management is worst and such a bad experience working here, never appreciate your hardwork instead put false allegations on employees and remove from job. The company start threatening employees that they should resign the job, HR and managers are culprit, In social media they do show off doing contributions and donations just for publicity. The management go to any extreme to do silent lay off.
