Work life balance is great, they have a fixed pay which is good, various team activities, great work culture ,

Dislikes

Even though they have fixed pay but in hand is less, learning opportunities are not good , senior management is not cooperative, less exposure to new technologies

Likes

Most of the indicators I feel is better than its competitors. 1. Company provides assistance for your personal and professional growth and managers do support that. 2. HR Policies 3. Time offs and health insurance and free transport 4. Good work life balance 5. You can approach anyone in the team from your directors to managing directors.

Dislikes

...even AVPs ) are not part of the decision making technically or functionally. 2. Compensation is something which can be worked upon. 3. Regular feedback and recognition will keep the employees motivates which is absent atm.

Likes

It was a horrible experience working with my team there where there was lot of trust issue along with worst situation handling by management. Team doesn't use to work for growth they use to work in order to make other team mates suffer. There was more politics in team rather that work and harmony.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Likes

The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

Dislikes

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.

Likes

Overall good organisation. Pay and Benefits are good. Good learning opportunities. People and Management appreciate your work.

Dislikes

A lot of controls by management and pressure to follow guidelines and take additional tasks.
