Only salary is good.

Directors are incapable of running business. Their is a army of incapable Directors who are spoiling future of many employees. If you are technically skilled and want to grow in technology then never join DB. Higher management only like boot lickers who just do buttering of bosses. Skillset required to succeed in DB is cocktail party management/arrangement, leading timepass meetings wasting precious time. Working DB is totally waste.

Salary on time. Cab facility.

They treat you like a resource only not humans. They expect you to work at least 16 hrs per day without any appreciation. Even if you work 16 hrs every day but not in good books of you manager they will pressurise you to the extent you put resignation. If you speak up against your boss to HR they all (all managers unite against you and ultimately you will have to resign out of pressure or they start collecting evidences to put you in PIP) I have seen People being put on PIP despite performing well just bcs they were not getting along with immediate manager. More than 10 years tenured resource was terminated after being put in PIP. There is no speak up culture. In my case I escalated against my manager HR concluded in my favour without investigation as I provided evidences, However my VP aligned me under different AVP through e- mail in same team but under work day I was under previous manager(AVP). Previous AVP used to instruct my new manager against me every morning and he was working as her puppet only. I resigned after 2 weeks. No work culture no job security in reality. Job is secure when u can contribute 16 hrs every day and if you are a bootlicker.

Job security is there, work life balance is also, one time salary is good but yearly appraisals are not good. Rest the company for staying for long time and take a retirement.

Company is good for staying long and take a retirement but if you want to grow and learn then it's not the right place especially DB Jaipur. Hearchichy is limited so limited promotion chances.
