As per my experience Do not expect work life balance at all. Only strong hearted and the one who can fight with all the situation can survive. But at last it totally depends on process to process. Hike is not good, package offered for freshers are not good .cab, cafeteria,bonus,shift allowance and pf contributions from employer is not added to the package,no pressure from management and no micro management.promotion for female employees have highest priority and women with kids are allowed to wfh,
