...ks and benefits (Wifi reimbursement, Parties, Gifts) and location is convenient. Only good if you want salary hike or you are a fresher who can benefit by the organisations reputation on their CV.

Dislikes

Toxic thankless and stubborn managers in CLM. Managers have favourites who have special privileges. If disagreed with manager then you will be unnecessarily harassed. New jonnies within three month are planning to leave because of the unorganised process and management. Its so unorganised that new jonnies are assigned work before providing training or access to system. People are shifted to different process/department without prior intimation or any training. Recently the were penalised by regulatory board for lacking regulatory requirements.

DB group is a very big name and it has also started making profit in some years. The working culture is good and the facilities are well worth.

Dislikes

The compensation structure is very slow... People tends to get promoted very slowly here.. Also, work life bance is not very well managed

Culture is good. Culture depends on teams and department. However, in general there is rarely any micro management.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are minimal. Growth opportunities are scarce and the employee has to push for it. There is never any opportunity presented by the company for growth of employees.

Friendly environment. Increase of knowledge. Overall a good experience.

Dislikes

There is a slow growth for Temp Employees here. Also we do not get good compensation or OT benefits. Contact gets extended instead of making the employee permanent.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Some times I have to work 11 hours straight in a day.
