...ks and benefits (Wifi reimbursement, Parties, Gifts) and location is convenient. Only good if you want salary hike or you are a fresher who can benefit by the organisations reputation on their CV.

Dislikes

Toxic thankless and stubborn managers in CLM. Managers have favourites who have special privileges. If disagreed with manager then you will be unnecessarily harassed. New jonnies within three month are planning to leave because of the unorganised process and management. Its so unorganised that new jonnies are assigned work before providing training or access to system. People are shifted to different process/department without prior intimation or any training. Recently the were penalised by regulatory board for lacking regulatory requirements.

The leadership is really nice, they are reachable plus will provide any help if required.

Dislikes

...ears. So whomsoever has worked here from past 5 year has a dent in thier pakage. But if someone joins now i am sure they will get a handsome pay.

Job security and HR policies are really good, i never faced any challenges related with salary and working culture was too good that i was able to work for 8.6 years

Management strategies are not that good, people favouritism creates a mindset which leads towards demotivating mindset of most of the people working there..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The working culture is simply best in industry, never leave the opportunity if you get a chance to work there

The compensation can sometimes be unsatisfying but the bank is also going through bad times, but then also it's worth staying back in the bank.
