Very good work culture and flexibility is provided to each employee. Good company specially for the women employees and Diversity is looked at most Important.

Dislikes

Just the bonus part it's because of the team budget. Hike is reasonably good..We can earn that bonus with our hike only each month.

Great work culture. Senior management is accessible and listen to you. Growth opportunities plenty. No micromanagement. IJPs are simple and offer great opportunities to switch your roles or location.

Dislikes

Nothing really to dislike other than salary hikes. only if you are a top performer you can get a double digit hike. Also the promotion process is stringent. Should be more transparent, but this could be my personal experience with my manager.

Dislikes

Strictness towards 3 days / week in office. Limited parking and desks. Tech lounge takes several hours to sort minor issues. 9 hours in office is too much!
