No one is really helpful even when you join organisations. Not even they bother to provide you initial overview, they assume you had crash course before joining and have enough knowledge to work directly. Also older people with more than 5,10 years of experience are making dependencies so that nobody outsider will get exact concepts of banks n it’s working. Also with micromanagement.

Pay checks are good but one has to compromise on work life balance

Oldies are spoiling working culture those who are associated with the firm for ver long time has late-back attitude and not approachable. Problem with the company are there own people, people complicate things which can be solved in better way.

... however you have to ensure you are in higher management. Good for starters too. Between them its just slog work without huge pay hike.

Compensation paid to existing employees and new joiners at same level has a huge difference

Completely manager centric company in all terms -Salary, Growth, Workload, Overall treatment. Managers specially Veteran VPs are ruling company with their internal sources. In a way they push others to follow them and untill you are usefull to them you are good. Once no more needed your good day starts... No role of HR in any terms..they are true followers of above Managers who are VPs.
