There are hardly few things which I like about the company. Only good thing is that this is an ideal place for freshers for learning and developing skills.

Dislikes

Disliking list is a bit long. Not only me. Each and every top to bottom staffs/employees starting from managers, shift in charges, operators, production, maintenance, q.c all department persons go unsatisfied with this company. No appraisal, no increment, no fooding during overtime. Only giving 30 rupees as food expense in four hours overtime. No work life balance. Even the plant is not stable. There are lots of problems to be solved but starting from M.D to Managers they don't even bother. They only bother about Production & dispatch. No Air Conditioning in Control Room. Only two ACs are there but not working. Continue sitting in 45°C control room. And last but not the least this company not giving full and final & original relieving letter. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Worst company, in the rainy season there basement filled by water and they force to do electrical work while standing in water. Very bad management 😔. Very bad experience of that place.
