Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

On time salary

Dislikes

The culture and the behaviourof the project manager is terrible, it's not a nice place to work long time. Never had any salary appraisal in three years tenure, they don't value employs rights, they always push you to work extra hours with out extra pay.

Can't say what it lacks,eg: staff care, working condition you call it. Had a wonderful tenure among a cordial multi nationals co staff. The company has a high reputation in it's expertise a complete circle in telecommunications. Wouldn't hesitate to say, aspirants don't have a second thought if given an opportunity. Don't miss.

Dislikes

Nothing. The 24/7 alert us a bit hurting but can be well compensated at one's own dispensation.
