Training was excellent because of good clinical instructor.career growth super, good job security , salary satisfactory as per workload. Regarding appraisal it is every year compulsory that is really benefit for staff on doubt. Thankful to our organization as they supported in our worst time foreg. Covid.. Good environment around the hospital and work experience is not bad, learned many information about drugs and more. I am satisfied in working in Desun good working environment.. teammate are all supportive and polite and management is transparent to all.. and also with a good salary. ...ith various conditions of patient... Team mates in physiotherapy dept very good. Salary on time. great working environment and culture all are very supportive towards me. I gained a lot of experience here. Well equipped, balanced work life, great terms & condition to work with, job security soon after you cross your 6 months. The management is good. Taking care of the employees during covid crisis they never deduct salary as compared to other hospitals. Payment is made timely. Gives employee discount for blood tests and consultation for own and family members.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
