There was a trouble trouble and trouble if you don't like trouble then I pray for you don't join here otherwise you have to be suffer your whole life. The office culture is to be too worst, waste of the time, I'm working here over an year my overall experience is that there was nothing to improve yourself. If you want to join here then it is only your risk🙂thank you buddy

None of these are available, "job security" haha LOL! You get fired anytime, the impressive part is, you don't get paid for overtime, but they deduct 1% from your salary if you're a minute late. "Work Culture", well, be ready to do anything they ask always for their personal needs such as bring the groceries, pick & drop their kids, etc. "Management" the manager is nothing, he has nothing to manage, everything is on employee's shoulder, manager is the show puppet. "Policy" they create Upwork accounts with employees identities without even informing them and send proposal to the clients as one of the employee, act like he's them and play with the client, get the project and withdrawal the cash without telling anything to any employee, the employees know nothing, even after the employees quit the company the owner still runs the trackers and make money, UPWORK SCAMMER!

I don't blame the employees at all, they're under pressure to feed their family, everyone there belong to a low middle class family and the owner takes huge advantage of that. Everyone in this place has to have two jobs first is Destinex and there's always a secondary such as mud cutting, tutoring, fixing devices, making chairs, selling clothes, even doing catering etc. It's not a company it's a place where a married couple is making money to backup their legacy. They act like it's a BPO but nothing alike at all, they provide no PF, TA, Medical, Pick up and Drop, nothing at all, not even a joining letter, this company is placed in a residential property in their own house and each employee earn 1L or above every month but they get 6k only in Indian money, they work truly hard but get nothing. But there politics are fabulous, they throw parties, provide foods and little entertainment cultural stuff to keep their image in the society as best and to their employees. Poor employees have no choice because in Burdwan jobs are very less and these people take tons of advantage of young stars, poor young stars don't know how a BPO should be and they never even ask for any paper work before then get in. My heart is broken and I wish if anyone wants to have a dreadful experience before you die, GO TO DESTINEX! You'll lose your everything and get nothing but learn HOW TO PLAY AND LIE, BRAINWASH PEOPLE! This company doesn't provide anything and I don't know which one to click under "Help us know a little more about Destinex"
