Basically i don't like anything in this company but one thing is good which i like is convencing people in calls. This is the only thing i like which i also want to learn and only because of that i am working in this company.

Dislikes

Growth is slow. The work pressure is high. I have to attend too many client calls in a day and managers take too many meeting in a day. Rules are very strict and can't attend personal phone calls whether it's urgent also no break time .

This company gives me a great platform for learning, listening and performing . I have hit my target every month . He give me a outstanding confidence to work everywhere for do best all the time Thnkx !

Team mates are really good. Teammates around me makes me energized. You are going to get enough knowledge about insurance and financial matters during training but on floor work is totally different from training period. Talking about job secuirity i feel like salary don't depend on target . Salary depend on attendance but job security that's tota lalu depend on ur target. You can't be on zero every month after getting full salary. They will give you backup for 3 months. Career growth is definitely there if u can achieve your targets for consecutive 3 months and u will be promoted as per fastrack policy. And salary will definitely get increased and designation as well. Another positive thing is if u can over achieve your target for jfm month then the company will gift you 3abroad trips for consecutive 3 months. Politics is everywhere in the company..Ignore that politics and u will be on the top. Talking about cons there is no paid leave if u r an off role employee..infact if you are ill they will bring you to the offic and they will see if you are really ill then they will grant your leave..It's really irritating. But still its depend on ur team manager team leader..Overall working at destimoney is a mixed feeling for me.

They sell policies at Kolkata branch in an illegal way. They call randomly to customers and trick them into buying policies by asking for insurance losses, installing of jio tower etc. . Join it if you want to earn by cheating poor helpless people.
